RESIDENCE PRIME CLUBHOUSE
Full Architectural & interior design
This clubhouse is conceived as a private sanctuary within a residential community, where architecture is designed to protect, filter, and frame the experience of its users. Rather than being fully open, the building is intentionally enclosed and layered — creating a sequence of spaces that gradually transition from public to private. Solid walls, overlapping volumes, and controlled openings are used to shield views from the outside, while opening inward toward a series of internal courtyards. At the heart of the project, the courtyard becomes a central element — bringing in light, greenery, and water — allowing users to feel connected to nature without sacrificing privacy. The architecture is not about exposure, but about curation of experience. Each space is carefully framed, where views are directed, light is softened, and movement is guided through a calm and intimate spatial journey. This creates a clubhouse that allows residents to fully enjoy shared facilities in a deeply private atmosphere — a place where community and solitude coexist in balance.
